Carol Ann Griffith was born 14 May 1947 to Mary and William Griffith of Pedricktown, NJ. She attended schools in Pedricktown and Penns Grove, graduating from Penns Grove High School in 1965. She attended Trenton State College, receiving a B.S. degree in mathematics education in 1969. In the same year, she married Paul Bischoff, a high-school classmate. They had five childrenMarcus Smith of Oklahoma City, Adam Bischoff of Seattle, Michael Bischoff of Perry, Timothy Bischoff of Yukon, and Barbara Egan of Stillwater.
Mrs. Bischoff was a teacher of high-school math for her entire professional career spanning more than forty years. She taught at Branford High School in Connecticut, Haverstock Secondary Modern School in London, Stillwater High School in OK, and Valley Regional High School of Deep River CT. She retired from teaching in 2014.
Carol Bischoff passed from this life on 9 April 2017 in Las Vegas, where she had retired. She is survived by her husband, children, and 19 grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bischoff will be held in the activity center at Stillwater High School on 30 May at 7 p.m. All colleagues and friends of the family are invited to attend.
