Carol's Story

Carol Jean Robinson, lifelong Yale resident, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years.
The daughter of the late Eugene Williams and Helen Marie Stout Williams, Carol was born on February 2, 1950 in Yale, Oklahoma and was raised and educated in Yale, graduating from Yale High School.
She was united in marriage to Harold Gene Eberhart and he preceded her in death. On August 4, 1986, she was married to Dale R. Robinson, Sr., and he survives her of the home.
Carol worked for the Yale Police Department for over 22 years as a dispatcher, and will be remembered for her dedication and time she spent at the Police Department.
She was a lifetime member of the Council Valley Advent Christian Church. She served on the Payne County 911 Board; she loved supporting her kids and grandkids in sporting events; she enjoyed working puzzles; playing pac man, feeding the birds and most of all talking, she never met a stranger.
In addition to her husband Dale, she is survived by her children, Kymberly Skinner and her husband John of Yale, Kristi Chaney and her husband Rick of Coalgate, Kevin Eberhart and his wife Belinda of Yale, Candy Pittser of Tulsa, Cara Hiltzman and her husband Kevin of Cushing, Dale Robinson, Jr. of Perkins, and Shane Robinson and his wife Marie of Stillwater; three brothers, Donald Williams and his wife Janey of Yale, Bobby Williams and his wife Cindy of Bristow and Jeff Williams and his wife Stacey of Yale; 15 grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Blake, Cheyenne, Brady, Ashtin, Logan, Emma, Kinsey, Brody, Haley, Brandon, Devon, Cameron and Justin; 5 great-grandchildren, Jaycee, Jayton, Jaxton, Gage and Carter; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends and her Church family, which she loved so much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Helen Williams and late husband Harold Gene Eberhart.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Valley Advent Christian Church with Pastor Steve Tiger, Johnny Plum and Jeff Lancaster officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
The family will greet friends on Tuesday evening, February 21, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Floyd Family Center, east of the Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Yale Police Reserves, Cops for Tots, 209 North Main Street, Yale, OK., 74085, in her memory.
