Ann Marie Bernhardt Cramer Williams Obituary

Stillwater, Oklahoma - Ann Bernhardt Cramer Williams passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025. Ann had an awe-inspiring ability to plan, organize and accomplish any task. She relied on those skills as a mother, wife, homemaker, teacher, community volunteer and businesswoman. Her volunteer work, where she often took leadership roles, included Bartlesville Service League, PTA, OSU Alumni Association, YWCA, Red Cross, Blazer Sports, PEO, Chi-Omega, Girls Club, United Way, Stephen Ministries, and Meals-on-Wheels. She envisioned and established a hearing screening program for elementary school students in Bartlesville and ran the program from 1969 to 1990.

Over the years, Ann loved spending time with family and friends, watching sports, skiing, playing tennis, state fair food, traveling, reading, playing bridge, spite and malice and Mexican Train. She was always up for riding a roller coaster, performing a spontaneous cheerleading or tap-dancing routine, or trying new things just for the thrill.

Her husband, Richard Cramer, and husband, John Williams, and her parents, Marie and William Bernhardt, preceded her in death.

She is survived by daughters, Cathy and Laura Cramer, her brother, Bill Bernhardt, and a large extended family and many friends.
