Oak Harbor, Washington - David Kendle Tarkington died on the 16th of February on his way home from Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his Parents William and Genevieve Tarkington, Baby sister Annette Tarkington, Wife Charlotte Jean Tarkington nee Brock, Son Daniel Kenneth Tarkington and Brother in Law Fred Hensley
He is survived by his sister Margie Hensley, son David Kendle Tarkington II and wife Judith (now deceased). Also by three Grandchildren, Victoria and Henry Hine, Tami and Mike Medhurst and Patrick and Shawna Nordgren. Along with 11 great Grandchildren, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
Kendle was a native of Oklahoma and an Alumni of Oklahoma State University with a master's in Education.
He spent the last 13 years in Oak Harbor Washington.
