I was looking for the obituary for an old High School classmate and ran into this. I had been wondering about Jack recently. He was the Faculty Adviser for the Oklahoma State Chapter of Triangle Fraternity during my time there (1966-1971). He was the amazing glue that held it all together.

He was an accomplished teacher and researcher. It was fascinating to watch him easily communicate most technical concepts. He was able to relate to the students so readily.

Dear Allison family - I’d like to offer my condolences on your loss. Dr Allison was my professor for several Electrical Engineering courses during the mid-80s. He was a wonderful professor. God bless,
