Stanley  Rutherford
Stanley Glenn Rutherford, 70, of Stillwater, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on October 29, 2019 with family by his side. A celebration of life will be held for Stan at 6:00pm on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Meditations, 1205 S. Country Club Road in Stillwater, OK. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.

Stan was born October 24, 1949 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Eddie and Clara (Grimley) Rutherford. Stan spent many years as an area manager for Pizza Hut and later moved on to work for Construction Turn Around Services in safety.

Stan enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. The thing Stan enjoyed most was spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Stan is survived by his wife, Cherie; two daughters, Michelle (Steve), Brooke (Travis); three grandchildren, Jacob, Emery and Riggs as well as two sisters and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Stan's name to VVA or DAV, vva.org
