On July 14, 2021, Walter Reece Bennett, loving husband and father passed away at the age of 68. Walter was born on August 23, 1952 in Crescent, OK to Andy and Emma Bennett.
On February 14, 1990, he married Donna in Galveston, TX. Walter raised two children, Ebony Powell and Adrienne Bennett, stepdaughter, Lesley Harris and stepson, Shannon Harris.
Walter enjoyed fishing and all sports. Walter was known for never meeting a stranger. Walter had a compassionate nature and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Walter was preceded in death by his father Andy, mother Emma, 5 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Donna, 2 children, Ebony (Charles) and Adrienne and stepchildren Lesley (Frank) and Shannon (Candy) and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
At Walter's request there will be no funeral or memorial service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.
